Built to give the group a clean, high-level read on the trip: enough structure to rally around, enough flexibility to keep the weekend loose.

Thursday

Drive up, catch the early tournament games, and settle into The House for the rest of the action.

Friday

A full day on the mountain, then back to The House for March Madness, dinner, and the rest of the slate.

Saturday

Second ski day for those who want it, or another activity before the games take over. Poker should absolutely happen.

Sunday

Wrap it up, check out, and get back on the road before the next round tips off.
